  • Do Not Sit or Stand for Too Long

When you are pregnant, sitting or standing for too long can be a problem too. Also, it will affect every part of your body, so it’s better to move around if you have been seated for a long time.

  • Do Not Relax in a Hot Tub

Relaxing in a hot tub doesn’t make you feel better, but it even can cause trouble. If you want to relax, you can try a warm tub instead. Also, avoid staying in the tub for too long.
